WriteToMyBlog.com is pretty cool to use

Hey look what I found. It’s called WriteToMyBlog.com. I have been trying to create professional looking posts within wordpress and goodness gracious, you probably already know how well that WAS NOT working out for me. Try not to laugh to hard. Even the best of us get caught by the Duh net.

A fellow blogger (whose site has been down for a while) wrote about using Windows Live to write and manage posts on blogs. Unfortunately, no matter how many times I downloaded the Windows Live Writer, it caused me nothing but grief.

The first time I downloaded it and tried to use it – it caused some kind of memory issue. When I tried to defragment my disc I had less than 15 mb available. I couldn’t even defragment without deleting a bunch of other files just to make enough room to complete the task. Since then, I have downloaded, updated, uninstalled and repeated those steps several times.

No matter what I do, I get an error message that my memory is corrupt. Now, now…c’mon, I’m talking about my computer. Yea, I saw it coming. So I would send the error report to Microsoft and then continue on my way. I would get half way through my post and the darn system would crash. Needless to say, you all know what happened to the post I was writing. Gone, gone, gone.

In the meantime, I kept trying to write and respond to my blog through the admin panel. Not COOL at all. No spellchecker. No toolbars to speak of. It made posting a lot of work.

Too much time was passing and the same issue kept poking me in the eye. Today was the day I needed to find something else, and looky here. My first post using writetomyblog.com. So far, so good. Oh yea, it’s free too!

Hi Renee

Sorry you’ve been having problems with your blog posts. Glad to see that you’ve got it sorted now and I’ve bookmarked the website so that I can have a look at it later.

Interesting that you are looking at ways that people are beating the recession. The first domain name that I purchased had something to do with that though I haven’t used it yet. It went on hold when I started Alex’s course. Well done though for moving forward – I’m just doing some research on my own ideas so I’ll let you know how it’s going.

I have to defrag a lot on my computer coz of the extreme hammering it gets – not to mention the keyboard. I have just about worn it out. LOL!

Great Blog good content. I NEED SOME HELP My Friend! Have you ever heard of Maverick Money Maker, because it seems to be a good affiliate program? But have you heard of it or know of anyone involved or got any advice one way or the other? I don’t want to promote something that doesn’t deliver. So I thought I would ask some of the students.

Hi Dave,

I’m sorry I haven’t actually tried Maverick yet. I’ve been working on a review of Russell Brunson’s program, Do You Suck at Making Money? I am currently reviewing programs that people will find easy to use. I also check for viability in regards to the recession. If people can’t afford the programs or they are just too difficult, what good are they?

You will find a copy of my review at Squidoo and here on my blog, when it’s done.

I will certainly stop by and see what your program is about.

Hi Renee,

Write To My Blog looks like a fairly easy editor, cool.

Looks like you need to adjust your column widths, some of the things you are putting in the columns are wider than the column. If you want to use add ons like the FEEDJIT and JV village the only way to get them to fit is make the main text area narrower.

But looking good here, nice posts.

Hi!

Seems like you are overdue for a new computer! I would strongly suggest an upgrade, since the computer is the tool for your business. But it seems like writetomyblog does an excellent job as well.

I have been working on another project the last month or so, taking up most of my spare time.. But Im finished with it now, so back to blogging! Trying to revamp my main site, and working on a project in addition.

I dont know where Joe Trueman went to…

Welcome back my friend, Morten,I hate to admit that you might be right regarding a new computer. The problem I have with the new computer is this one never got used. I’ve been using it for a month maybe. The Geek Squad installed more RAM and cleaned up my software, but it just has little kinky issues that annoy me.If I go to your blog, will I find out what you’ve been up to?Renee
